About choosing a photo, personalisation, the audiobook and delivery.
How is the book personalised?+
We use the name you type for the child in the story. Looking at the photo you upload, we draw the hero’s face and hair in the style of the book’s illustrations.
What kind of photo should I upload?+
Choose a bright photo of just your child, taken from the front. Their face and hair should be clearly visible, with no sunglasses or anything covering the face. You can upload a JPG, PNG or WebP file of up to 10 MB.
Can I see inside the book?+
Yes. On the book’s page, add your child’s name and photo and press “Preview”: the cover and first page are made for your child and shown to you free of charge. The “See sample pages” button shows the book’s sample pages.
Can I make books for two children?+
Yes. Add the first book to your basket with its name and photo, then do the same for the other child. Each book is made with its own details.
What language are the books in?+
On this site the books are in English: the text on every page and the narration. The same books are also available in Turkish; switch the language at the top of the page.
What is the audiobook?+
Every page of the book, made with your child’s name and photo, is read aloud in a page-by-page narrated video (MP4). You also get the book itself as a PDF. You can open the files on a phone, tablet or TV, and download them to keep.
When will my book arrive?+
Your book is digital, so nothing is posted to you. Once it is ready, we email you a private link to watch and download the video and the PDF.
